MES Parent - Teacher Conferences 2023-2024

Dear Parents and Guardians,

On behalf of the Faculty at Martinsburg Elementary, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to participate in MES Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday, November 9th, or Tuesday, November 21st. Conferences present an excellent opportunity to schedule time with your child’s teachers to review academic progress, ask questions, and plan for future success. 

This year, parents will have the option of either scheduling their conference to occur in person or over the telephone. To schedule a conference, visit the links sent via school messenger or posted on our website which allow you to conveniently schedule conferences according to the day and times that best suit your calendar.   Please sign up for ONE timeslot with your child’s homeroom teacher. Any teacher who is not listed on the website will view the schedules and do everything possible to make plans to attend your child’s conference if he/she receives services. This includes the speech teacher, reading teachers, special education teachers, math intervention, gifted support, and possibly specials teachers (art, music, library, and physical education).

If scheduling a conference, please be sure to do so no later than Wednesday, November 8th. 

The scheduling links are also provided on the Martinsburg Elementary website at the bottom of the page. The attachment to this email also contains the links for SignUpGenius. Additionally, your child brought home a letter today with the same information.

Times will be first come, first served. If you do not have internet access or need assistance, please call our main office at 814-501-6111, and Mrs. Pekar or Mrs. Bennett will schedule a time for you.
